Carrie Hudek-Chiuso tragically lost her life at age 33, a victim of a senseless crime at the Lane Bryant robbery in Tinley Park, IL. She dedicated her short life to working with disadvantaged kids, from street gang intervention in Humboldt Park in Chicago to counseling high school students at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. Carrie's Fund was formed to help fund the continuing education of disadvantaged kids, whether through college, trade school, etc. There are no administrative fees, as this fund will be run by the family in conjunction with Homewood-Flossmoor and Lincoln Way high schools.

Carrie's Fund is a not-for-profit Illinois 501c3 corporation.
